For family holidays, groups or reunions, these cottages provide the perfect place to be together.

Guests have shared use of the farm facilities including the walled garden, games room, laundry room and the indoor pool.

Each cottage has its own patio area and furniture so you can relax outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Stapeley Cottage

Located in the middle of the walled garden, Stapeley boasts the largest double room, making it our most popular cottage.

Walk through the stable doors and you’ll find an open-plan kitchen and living room, complete with furnishings and fittings designed to enhance the country feel.

The two bedrooms (one king-size bed and one twin bedrooms) have everything needed for guests to enjoy a great night’s sleep, and there is a newly fitted bathroom with a walk-in shower.

As with all our cottages, you will be welcomed by a complimentary cream tea on arrival.

Vellum Stone Cottage

Vellum Stone is the perfect base for a country break with friends or family wishing to be together.

The open-plan kitchen and living room is spacious enough for a small dinner party.

Both bedrooms are well-equipped with everything you will need in order to make your time away as comfortable as possible.

Enjoy the bunk beds in the second bedroom, which are adult-size! The bathroom includes a bath/shower.

Lime Kiln

Lime Kiln has lots of character. The main bedroom has recently been decorated with fresh colours, giving it a modern feel.

The open-plan kitchen and living-room is larger than our other cottages, and has everything you should need for your stay. The twin bedroom is beautifully decorated, with large french doors opening out onto the patio. The bathroom is a wet room and so is all one level.

This cottage is adapted for wheelchair access; the doors are wider, the shower is ground level and the cottage has its own car parking space.

Moncrate

Moncrate is designed as the perfect combination of ‘country’ and ‘cosy’, with furnishings that create a lovely sense of warmth.

The stable door opens into the living room and kitchen, which have been equipped with all you’ll need to enjoy your break away.

The main bedroom has french doors opening out directly onto the patio area. Moncrate’s bathroom has a walk-in shower. This is an idyllic haven for a family of four.
