1. What does the price include?
Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, bed linen, towels (not swimming towels), VAT, welcome cream tea on arrival (if requested at least 3 days in advance)
2. Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we would love to see your dog here at Church Farm. Please let us know when booking. There is an additional charge of £25.00 per dog. Remember to keep him/her on a lead and clear up after them!
3. How far are you from Bath?
We are so lucky with our close proximity to the beautiful city of Bath, which is about 7 miles away. Bradford-on-Avon is known to be a mini Bath, which is only 3 miles away.

5. How do I pay?
Bank Transfer: Easiest and free of charge. This can be done most effectively if you book online through our website.
Credit card/Debit card: Again, this can be performed through our website.
6. Can we bring extra people into the cottage?
This depends on which cottage you decide to stay in. It is always best to speak to one of our team to get their advice. A put-you-up bed and linen can be provided for £50.00.
7. What time is the pool open? Will I have it to myself?
The pool is open from 8am-8pm (or 7.30pm if it isn’t being used). During term time Monday-Friday there are swimming lessons taking place for a few hours during the day (usually 9.30am - 2.30pm). Use of the pool is shared with Campwell Farm guests.
8. Can we walk around the farm?
This is only allowed with permission and a person to show you around. At exciting times such as lambing we will be offering farm tours, but this is seasonal. We are always happy to answer any questions about the farm.

9. What time can I arrive/depart?
Your cottage will be ready at 4pm. If you wish to arrive any earlier it is a good idea to contact us beforehand to see whether it is possible. If you leave on a Sunday you may depart at a time to suit you.
10. Do I have to pay a deposit?
In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% of the total price is to be paid. The remaining balance is then taken 8 weeks before your arrival date. If you book less than 8 weeks before arrival, then the full amount will need to be paid.
11. What if I have to cancel?
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our cancellation policy. Kindly get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to cancel so we can make arrangements to re-book your cottage and sometimes get you some money back
12. Do you have a minimum stay?
We have a minimum of 2 nights here at Church Farm.
13. Is there a cottage suitable for wheelchairs?
Lime Kiln cottage has wider door frames, a wet-room as a bath room and it’s own car parking space closer to the cottage. All of our cottages are ground level.
14. Can I smoke at Church Farm?
No. The whole of the site at Church Farm is a no smoking area. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
